💲Emissions and Incentives
The HELP token ecosystem is designed with a unique approach to emissions and incentives. The project implements a gamified research model with self-learning governance focusing on balancing inflationary emissions with robust burning mechanisms. Our governance and emissions system is designed to set and achieve specific goals, each associated with a benchmark. Emissions will only be allowed to flow when these goals are considered achieved.
The system incorporates both short-term and long-term goals, all of which are part of the overall directives. The primary objective is to develop an open-source benchmark platform for competitive multi-agent reinforcement learning research. This platform will provide real-time game environments featuring challenging gaming dynamics and visual inputs, aimed at evaluating and advancing algorithms for Vision and Language Model (VLM) agents.
The system incorporates self-learning governance by tying emissions to goal achievement. The system creates a dynamic incentive structure that encourages progress and adaptation. The HELP foundation will provide transparency by publishing emissions proposals for new sub projects. The DAO will issue alerts when emissions are prepared and moved. All assets can be tracked on a chain. The system represents a novel incentive structure tied to adoption, performance, and AI curation.
At launch, the total supply of HELP tokens is set at 300,000, significantly lower than the maximum theoretical supply of 10 million. This cap is hardcoded into the smart contract, preventing any minting beyond this limit. Starting December 15, 2024, the contract allows for minting up to 100,000 tokens per month, though this is not mandatory. The project team commits to community engagement before any minting decisions, presenting results of initial work and future plans combined with emission strategies.
