# The HELP Foundation

The HELP Foundation, an ownerless foundation based in the Cayman Islands, is dedicated to research on AI multimodality and AI-driven voice synthesis for gaming. The Foundation operates a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) aimed at promoting open-source Artificial Intelligence in all its forms. All datasets and models developed via the HELP Dao will be open-sourced, with specifics determined in collaboration with the community via a vote.
